On demand No monthly fee, you pay for every request. Minimum is 1/2 hour Recommended for systems that don't require many changes $80/hour
Lite Up to 10 requests per month. If completing a request takes over 5 hours, another request is used. Recommended for small and stable systems like web servers, databases and other regular systems $100/month per server
Double lite Up to 20 requests per month Recommended for high-end systems and starting systems $200/month per server

We can manage pre-setup systems but we highly recommend to allow us to do initial setup so that you will get free weekly security upgrades. Also we install our SmartPredict Analyzer that allows to detect potential problems before they happen and give some advices about improving system(s).
